When a static collection is deleted by the special algorithm (LargeSelectionThreshold > 0) the references between the documents and the now absent collection become orphaned and need to be cleaned up separately. This can be done with the Clean up deleted static collections after successful check option in the Vault Consistency Wizard. It can also be done with the command line tool AMCleanDSC.exe that is installed by default in the C:\Program Files\BC-Meridian\Program folder on the server.
